Don’t worry: your Bitcoin will always make it to your wallet!
When you purchase from a National Bitcoin ATM, the Bitcoin has to be sent to you via the blockchain. Depending on the wallet you are using, the wallet may require between 3-6 confirmations before the bitcoin displays in your wallet and is spendable.
Each confirmation typically takes 10 minutes. This means it can potentially take up to an hour or more for your bitcoin to reflect in your wallet.
Please note, the blockchain network sometimes experiences delays that are out of our control.
If after a couple of hours you STILL don't see your Bitcoin, please check in with our support team at help@nationalbitcoinatm.com. Someone will get back to you with an update on the issue.
